On the ceiling, is only one power source needed or does it take 3? What does it look like on the ceiling? I thought of installing this instead of 3 pendants over a kitchen island. Would it give enough light for working at an island? What is the name of the original lamp like this one? What is the name of the designer of the original? I love this pendant!
